Our heartfelt prayers go out to his
father, his stepmother, Beth, and their
families, and to all those who loved and
knew Casey.
We ask also that you lift up Casey’s
family in prayer. We pray for God’s
peace upon them that goes beyond all
understanding because we know that God’s
mercy and grace is as abundant in death,
as it is in life.
We pray for one set of footprints upon
the sand and to know that Casey rests in
the bosom of the Lord.
The Patty Pollatos Fund would like to
thank the Moser, Mashmeier, Devaughn and
Sellers families for their tireless
dedication to the Bly family and for the
fundraiser events that they helped
coordinate on Casey’s behalf.
Casey, during his brief journey on
earth, was truly blessed for having such
a network of caring and compassionate
friends, family and supporters.
The Patty Pollatos Fund would also like
to thank each and every person who
purchased a ticket to the Family FUN-omenon
Fundraiser held in part on Casey’s
behalf on July 28, 2007 and for which he
was a recipient.
Casey was released from Duke Hospital on Friday, April 27th, 2007. He was greeted by a small welcoming crowd when he returned home on Friday night. He is doing well and excited to be home.
